1. MADEINPLANT acts as data controller of that personal data that is required of the User to use any of the services provided by MADEINPLANT (hereinafter, "the Services"), such as the personal data required for the registration of the User in the website www.goldenbraidpro.com, including but not limited to: identification (name and surname), contact (email) and employment data (institution, university or company the User is ascribed to).
2. The User’s data shall be processed with the purpose of providing the Services as have been described in the Terms and Conditions document. The User’s personal data is processed in order to correctly provide the Services.
3. The legal basis for the processing is the User’s own consent, manifested by the registration into the Website and the entry into this Agreement.

MADEINPLANT will not share the User’s personal data with any third party, except at the request of judicial and/or administrative authorities, law enforcement agencies, or to comply with legal obligations. MADEINPLANT does not make international data transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
5. The User enjoys the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data: the right to request access to personal data, the right to request rectification, the right to request the erasure of such data, the right to request the limitation of processing, the right to oppose processing, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, the right to the portability of the data in question; and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
