GB polycistronic gRNA design for Sp(d)Cas9

With these tools you can design and assemble your own polycistronic gRNA constructs for gene regulation with Cas9.

Polycistronic gRNAs assembly involves three consecutive steps: (1) adaptation of your own protospacer sequence to the GB standard, (2) cloning in the pUPD2 and (3) assembly of the polycistronic TU with the selected PolIII promoter.

Step 2 - Clone your tRNA-protospacer-scf units in the pUPD2
Step 3 - Polycistronic gRNA assembly
